BAB Foundation's Youth Shadowing and Mentorship Program, established with the vision of empowering newcomers, immigrants, and refugees, is a no-cost initiative dedicated to facilitating workforce development among high school students. By connecting them with seasoned professionals, the program aims to provide valuable insights and guidance, fostering a supportive environment for their integration into a new community.
